Graduation/Mexico

For the past few days I have been slow on the blogging because of graduation and house guest, and tomorrow we leave for Mexico where I will not be carrying my blackberry around the resort! But in lieu of my food pics I will now blabber on- I have been sticking to paleo except for low-sugar margaritas that I made for a cookout, plus some bites of dessert. My “cheat carve-outs” for graduation have been very minor, and I plan to try and stay paleo with food in Mexico. My taste buds have become more tolerant of unsweet things and I can even drink black coffee and tequila with seltzer. At home I have not bought any non-paleo food and when eating out I successfully avoid everything questionable except maybe sauces. I think that avoiding dairy and grains makes my skin clear and under-eye dark circles lighter. I am also six pounds lighter. So, clearly paleo is my new beauty regime and I will likely keep eating like this. Clare Hackney The Clarett Group
